Our model is based on nearly two decades of experience and research on the roles of law enforcement's response to public health challenges. It incorporates cutting-edge, time-tested methods to optimize effectiveness, health, and safety. Given the evolving roles of police and other first responders working on the front lines of nearly every public health issue, it is essential to put this evidence to work. To ensure first responders get the knowledge they need, we've conducted significant research on how to optimize training design in order to deliver timely, relevant training for maximum effect.
