Brittney Williams, MBA

A seasoned healthcare and business development professional, Brittney brings over a decade of experience in physician relations, community engagement, and project leadership across clinical, academic, and nonprofit settings. She currently serves as Project Director at the University of Kentucky’s Center on Drug and Alcohol Research, where she leads multi-site NIH-funded studies and manages a diverse research team in Eastern Kentucky. With a strong background in community outreach, harm reduction services, and health education, she has played a key role in advancing access to care, particularly in rural and underserved communities. Brittney specializes in building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders—from patients and physicians to policymakers and community leaders. Brittney holds an MBA from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Alice Lloyd College. She is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through data-driven strategies, collaboration, and compassionate leadership.
